Biography

Doc Comfort, PhD (University of Pillowton) - With a twinkle in his eye and a doctorate in Nocturnal Coexistence & Bedtime Peacekeeping from the University of Pillowton, Doc Comfort combines bedside manner with comedic academic flair. His dissertation, “Negotiating with Nuisances: Behavioral Strategies for Human–Bed Bug Interactions,” reportedly won the coveted Golden Mattress prize and a lifetime supply of chamomile tea; since then he’s taught seminars in “Sleep Diplomacy” and run workshops on restorative rest for the chronically bitten. Equal parts kindly counselor and bemused scholar, Doc Comfort uses a blend of empathy, practical coping strategies, and the occasional silly metaphor to help people reclaim their sleep - and their sanity.
